Stephen Maley

Stephen Maley started his career in the design and manufacture of orthotics and prosthetics for young children – and he has had periods with some of the world’s largest health care companies. Stephen is a firm believer that, in order to destigmatise disability, you need to understand it. His training and commercial experience has allowed him to do that. 

Stephen manages Teams in UK, France, Poland and the Middle East for HEWI, the leader in delivering system solutions to the hospitality and healthcare industries, which allows for a true global understanding of the inclusive and accessibility market demands and trends. 

Stephen spends his time meeting with clients, be they hoteliers, architects, designers, contractors. He also liaises with many UK / Global regulators, from access consultants to occupational therapists, to ensure the HEWI product ranges are providing locally compliant solutions, as they seek to deliver the HEWI solutions to over 60 countries.
